Please open Settings and tap “Contact Support”. A new email will be created for you, addressed to our support team with your device model and information on the operating system, camera, region settings and so on.
Please include the steps to reproduce, it helps us to figure things out faster. Also, if you can add some screenshots. Pictures tell more than words. We’ll get back to you shortly.
