Scan Pro App for Android crashed. What you should do and how you can help us.
Sorry about that! Please try to reboot your device - sometimes this could probably be a memory issue. After restarting your device it should work fine.
Generally, if Scan Pro App crashes, we’d ask you to manually send in the crash report. Here’s how:
1. Open Settings on your device
2. Scroll down and tap Contact Support
3. Your standard email app for your device will open with a pre-defined email template including the subject and lots of device and version info. Our developers need this info to more easily detect the problem.
Please send it to support@Scan Pro App.com and make sure to describe step by step how to reproduce the problem. We'll get back to you then shortly.
